ARC and Street Team Programmes

Applications to join the Advance Reader (ARC) programme or Street Team are entirely voluntary.

Submitting an application does not guarantee selection.

J.A. Williams reserves the right to accept, decline, suspend or remove participants at any time, with or without providing a reason.

Advance Reader Copies are supplied solely for the purpose of obtaining honest reviews.

Receiving an ARC does not require or imply a positive review.

Failure to comply with programme requirements or behaviour considered abusive, dishonest or inappropriate may result in removal from current and future programmes.

Advance Reader Copy Licence

All Advance Reader Copies (“ARCs”), whether provided digitally or in print, remain the intellectual property of J.A. Williams or the relevant publisher.

By accepting an ARC, you agree that you will not:

  • copy or reproduce the work;
  • upload the work to file-sharing or piracy websites;
  • distribute the work to third parties without written permission;
  • remove or alter any watermark, identifying information or copyright notice;
  • create unauthorised editions or derivative copies; or
  • use the ARC for commercial purposes.

Digital ARCs may contain identifying information or security measures designed to protect against unauthorised distribution.

Unauthorised copying or distribution may result in removal from future ARC programmes and any other legal remedies available under applicable law.

User Content

If you voluntarily submit comments, messages, reviews, photographs or other content through this Website or associated reader programmes, you confirm that:
